Around 1 in 5 of your people are neurodivergent* - bringing distinctive capabilities that can fuel innovation, open up new approaches to problem-solving and strengthen organisational performance.
But that potential doesn't always translate into impact. How teams collaborate, how diverse strengths are recognised and supported, and how accessible that support is all influence whether neurodivergent employees can make the most of their strengths at work, or risk disengagement and burnout.
High-performing neuroinclusive organisations don't leave talent potential to chance. They create the conditions for diverse strengths to translate into meaningful outcomes - helping people stay engaged, develop their capabilities and contribute at their best.
ThriveCollective helps organisations turn neuroinclusion goals into real-world workplace conditions where people can thrive and perform at their best.
Where neuroinclusive
organisations win:
30% uplift in productivity
in teams that include neurodivergent professionals in particular roles, compared to the ones without.*
15% increase in leadership
and social influence reported when neurodivergent individuals feel included at work.*
87% of talent see continuing
their career growth at their current employer when feeling truly included, versus 46% when they feel ambivalent.*
Neuroinclusion becomes meaningful when interventions are matched to the needs of both the organisation and its people.
Achieving this requires both breadth and depth:
*addressing the in-company factors that shape how people work, collaborate, develop and sustain their wellbeing
*reaching across organisational levels, from individual contributors and managers to HR, People and business leaders
*bridging organisation-wide development initiatives and pathways to ongoing specialist support tailored to individual needs
ThriveCollective helps organisations seamlessly connect both dimensions, so support for the organisation and its people works towards the same goal: meaningful neuroinclusion.

What kind of organisations can you support?
We can meet your organisations at the stage it is at - from SMBs looking to introduce focused support measures, to larger organisations looking to test a more in-depth approach, or expand what they're already doing.
That might look like: opening the conversation through an awareness session, giving employees access to specialist resources, or bringing in targeted support for a specific team or challenge. We work English-first and support international and expat-heavy teams.
How do we know where to start?
You don't need to have the answer before you contact us. We'll look together at what your organisation is working towards, what your people need, and where our support could make the biggest difference - then identify a practical starting point.
