Scope of application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by ThriveCollective via its website, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (e-books, online courses, downloadable materials)

  • Subscriptions and memberships

  • Event management and ticketed events

  • Promotion of third-party products and educational materials

  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management for third parties

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of services

ThriveCollective acts as:

  • A provider of its own digital products and educational content

  • A facilitator for third-party appointment management and scheduling

  • A promotional platform for selected third-party products and knowledge-based content

ThriveCollective does not guarantee specific commercial results unless explicitly stated in writing.

Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The applicable VAT percentage is based on Dutch tax regulations.

ThriveCollective reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

Orders and payments

Orders for digital products and services are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website.

Access to digital content is granted after payment confirmation.

Subscription plans

Where subscription plans apply:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance

  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods

Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically via download or platform access.
Once delivered, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer law concerning digital content.

Exception: for all digital products (including courses, e-books, downloads and instant-access content), the following applies in accordance with EU consumer law and Dutch regulations:

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase.

This right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of the digital content has started, provided that the consumer has: given explicit consent for immediate delivery, and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once access or download has begun.

 

During checkout, customers are required to agree to the following statement:

“I consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.”

If access to the digital product has not yet started, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting info@thrivecollective.nl

Events

Event participation may be subject to capacity limits and specific terms. ThriveCollective reserves the right to modify or cancel events when necessary.

Refunds for events will only be issued if an event is cancelled by ThriveCollective.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, designs, and digital products remain the intellectual property of ThriveCollective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

ThriveCollective is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Technical failures or service interruptions

  • Loss of data or revenue

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

Force majeure

ThriveCollective shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including technical outages, natural disasters, or governmental measures.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
