We specialize in somatic breathing ceremonies - guided experiences that invite individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release trapped emotions and awaken their inner wisdom. Our ceremonies combine conscious connected breathing, sound and intentional facilitation to guide participants into deeper states of awareness, healing and clarity. Rooted in trauma-informed practices and a deep respect for the nervous system, our approach honors the body as a living archive of our emotional experiences. Each session is held with compassion, integrity and reverence - whether in group circles, private sessions, retreats or collaborations with wellness practitioners and conscious events. Our mission is to help people connect with their breath, heal through it, release what no longer serves them and awaken to their true power. As gratitude, each first breathwork ceremony comes with a complementary Rage release ritual (worth €105 as a standalone). The Rage release ritual will be booked and performed separately, during the breathwork ceremony. The Rage ritual is a sacred, somatic journey designed to honour and alchemize the raw energy of suppressed anger into liberation, empowerment, and clarity. Held in a secluded and protected space in nature - ideally within the grounding embrace of the forest - this ritual invites you to meet your rage with presence and reverence. Through guided somatic practices, we gently yet powerfully surface your stored emotional intensity, allowing what has long been held within the body to rise and be witnessed. With intentional movement, vocal expression, and powerful strikes of the earth with sticks, you are supported to release your deeply rooted tension, frustration, and unspoken fury in a safe and held environment. This primal expression becomes a portal for healing - a reclamation of your voice, your power, and your emotional truth. Each ritual is followed by a post-release integration session, where the nervous system is soothed and the emotional field is guided back into balance through grounding, reflection, and compassionate presence. This closing phase allows space for insight, clarity, and the gentle return to inner stillness. Price set by the specialist: €555, payable directly to the specialist. The specialist will invoice you and determine any applicable VAT. Payment can be split into two invoices.
