ADHD Coaching for adults
Service Description
I offer ADHD coaching as a series of sessions. We can always decide to extend the process or take a pause depending on how you feel you are progressing. I typically recommend spacing the sessions two weeks apart, to allow for ample time to reflect, integrate insights, experiment with new ways of working with your ADHD wiring, notice what works, and where challenges persist. Each session begins by identifying a focus or theme, and concludes with a reflection on key insights and takeaways, supporting continuity and meaningful progress over time. This approach is designed to support sustainable change by working with how your brain functions, rather than trying to force quick fixes. Invoicing and payment for sessions will be done directly via Salad Bar Coaching.
