Understand. Regulate. Integrate.

The 1:1 sessions at Soma Reflect are for women - and their families - navigating neurodivergence, diagnosed or suspected, alongside chronic stress, fatigue, perimenopause, autoimmune fluctuations, or dysregulating symptoms.

If your labs came back "normal" and your symptoms didn't - or you've stopped trying to explain to professionals what you can feel but can't prove - this is where we look further. I read your body's signals as data about what your system needs, not as problems to explain away.

About Anca and her method:

Two lenses on one system - body and mind, understood together

My work is naturally integrative, stemming from both science and lived experience.

As an integrative therapist, I bring together my clinical psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI) and orthomolecular knowledge with my BSc education in Orthopedagogy and post-graduate Medical Basic Knowledge to approach my clients’ somatic and psychological manifestations as one whole - not as separate systems, and not as “either / or” symptoms.

And as a 50-year-old woman who has gone through life’s different stages - from expat and entrepreneur to marriage, motherhood and widowhood - I understand.

I know what exhaustion that sleep can’t fix feels like. What it sounds like to react more sharply than you meant to. What it’s like to look in the mirror and see a stranger’s body looking back.

I know first hand what it feels like to function, without truly recovering.

What my integrative approach brings neurodivergent individuals:

For women with suspected/confirmed neurodivergence, A(u)DHD especially, hormones play a crucial part in how symptoms manifest - and their importance is often misunderstood or understated in protocols that miss the neuro-affirming lens.

Additionally, years of masking, sensory input that doesn’t switch off, an executive system that gets pushed past what it can hold - they all leave measurable traces in how you sleep, how you hold energy, how your immune system responds.

Clinical psychoneuroimmunology allows me to examine how your stress physiology, hormones and immune function interact - so we can revert the impact by working with the whole system. Especially important if you are in your (peri)menopause years, but not only.

Orthopedagogy adds the other lens I operate from. It informs how I understand behaviour - as something that adapts to load, context, and physiological capacity (neurodivergence being just one example). It allows me to understand not only what someone does, but why they keep doing it - even when the pattern is no longer useful to them: like why you keep overriding your own limits, pushing through sensory overwhelm, holding it together until you physically can’t anymore.

For neurodivergent adults this is vital, because so much of what gets called laziness or being “too sensitive” is a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to just make it through the day.

As a mother to neurodivergent kids myself, I see the toll of societal expectations on behaviour and health — and I see how an integrative supportive approach can help create clarity and peace where there once was overwhelm.

Overall, the body keeps track of what the mind tries to control. The mind repeats what it has never learned to do differently. Both deserve an answer - so we work on them as one whole, not as parallel trajectories.

How I work - and where my work ends:

I work alongside your GP and prescriber, not instead of them. Medication decisions stay where they belong — with the person who prescribes.

My work is the layer that’s usually missing: how your stress physiology, hormones and immune function interact, combined with psychological guidance - so the behaviour that grew around the load is addressed alongside the load itself, not left to resolve on its own.

What my integrative therapy approach can help you with:

Capacity and recovery

When recovery falls behind, behaviour shifts on its own: focus slips, emotional margin shrinks, energy turns erratic. Our work starts by making load and recovery visible, so the pattern stops being a mystery.

Neurodivergent

load

With in-depth insights into neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AuDHD but not reduced to them) I help you understand how your system reacts to pressure, break unwanted patterns, and map out a pace your system can hold.

Hormones and perimenopause

Symptoms that keep getting explained away often sit in rhythm with hormonal shifts. I help you understand how sleep, hormons, nutrition and behavior interact, and help you better support your entire system.

Autoimmunity and inflammation

Your immune response is part of the same system - by mapping your phisiological load, we can intervene at multiple levels, each leaving a trace in your immune system and inflammation levels.

Who integrative therapy is for:

Integrative therapy can support many people, but my work is especially aligned with neurodivergent women who are:

  • Moving through (peri)menopausal changes that keep being explained away

  • Running on chronic overload, with less and less capacity to show for it

  • Managing autoimmune fluctuations

  • Carrying fatigue that doesn’t lift

  • Bridging the communication gap in their own neurodivergent or neuro-mixed families

Whether formally diagnosed or simply recognizing yourself in patterns for autism, ADHD, or AuDHD, integrative therapy works with what your physiology can actually carry, so your system can move out of chronic overwhelm for reasons it understands.

To ensure the support you receive is fully tailored to your situation, Anca offers single sessions as well as a longer-form trajectory. Prices are exempted from VAT; sessions are invoiced by and paid directly to Anca, under Soma Reflect.

As an MBOG, RBCZ en SKAG-registered orthomolecular and cPNI therapist, consultations may be partially reimbursed through the dutch supplementary health insurance, depending on your policy - no own risk.

Most clients begin with the free intro call, then the Capacity Analysis. Regulation Guidance sessions follow from the analysis; Recalibration sessions keep the results holding over time.

Free Intro Call - €0

20 minutes, 1:1, online

A no-strings attached conversation

The intro call is where you can discuss your personal situation, ask questions about the process, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

This call focuses on clarity and direction. It does not include in-depth work.

Regulation Guidance - €85

50 min, 1:1, in-person or online

Regular sessions to break unwanted patterns and replenish capacity

These sessions  move us from theory into practice. We track what stabilises from one session to the next, explore where resistance shows up, and where load starts building again.

Where useful, I write personalised explainers around your specific question - how cortisol moves across your day, why protein matters more than you think, why your temperature drops before sleep and what that means for your rhythm.

Also available as parent sessions - for translating your child’s load pattern into something the household can actually work with, in neurodivergent and neuro-mixed families.

Capacity Analysis - €180  • Start here

2 sessions (split), 1:1, online or in-person

Create visibility on your current capacity

This is where we map your regulation pattern: your wishes, life rhythm, load versus recovery, stress response, energy dynamics, context.

You leave with a thorough intake, a systemic interpretation, and a concrete first regulation plan - lifestyle, nutrition, supplement guidance and further research where relevant.

Extended lab work is available separately through Nordic Labs (examples: DUTCH test, SIBO, stress, DNA), and I can help you frame your needs to your GP so insurance-covered lab work feeds into the reports.

Regulation Trajectory - €480

Capacity Analysis + 4 Regulation Guidance sessions

The full arc in one decision

The analysis makes load and recovery visible; the four sessions that follow turn the interpretation into a pattern your system can actually hold. (€520 booked separately.)

Recalibration Sessions - €55

30 min, 1:1, online · for existing clients, after a completed Capacity Analysis

Periodical re-evaluation sessions

Sometimes it’s enough to re-evaluate from time to time: what has changed, what still needs fine-tuning, what is safe to release.

Very often questions appear. Regulation is dynamic and ongoing - recalibration sessions serve as checkpoints to prevent compensation from creeping back in.
