About Deniz and her method:

A sustainable approach blending realism and compassion

 

My work is based on the belief that meaningful, lasting change comes from understanding, curiosity, and self-acceptance, not from shame or self-blame.

 

Arriving at this conclusion was a journey, as I also struggled with feeling fundamentally flawed for decades. Although I performed in high-responsibility, high-pressure roles, impostor syndrome and the threat of burnout due to consistently masking and overcompensating were a constant for me.

 

It took learning that I have ADHD, and understanding how my brain works, to learn how to appreciate it for its unique strengths. Now I draw from a unique combination of experience in data and complex systems management plus evidence-informed ADHD coaching expertise to help my clients better understand their own ADHD minds, break down the complexity of their struggles into manageable steps, and find the strategies for change that actually fit their lives.

ADHD coaching is not a substitute for talk therapy, but they can complement each other beautifully. In fact, many people work with both a therapist and a coach to maximize results.

Free Intro Call €0

20–30 minutes

A brief, no-pressure conversation 

The intro call is where you can explore your goals, ask questions about the coaching process, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

This call focuses on clarity and direction. It does not include structured coaching or deep strategy work.​​​

1-Session - €75

1 x 60 min - €75​/session

A focused clarity and strategy session

In this 1 working session, we actively address one specific challenge. Together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck and design practical next steps tailored to your ADHD patterns.

You’ll leave with clear direction and a concrete action plan you can begin implementing immediately.

3-Session Package - €210

3 x 60 min - €70/session

A structured starter series to build clarity and momentum

Over 3 sessions, we clarify recurring patterns, design practical systems, and create early traction.

 

This package is ideal if you want focused support around a specific challenge or want to test structured coaching before committing longer-term.

Many clients choose this option to gain momentum and establish consistency.

6-Session Package - €390

6 x 60 min - €65/session

A path designed for meaningful, lasting change

6 sessions allow us to move beyond surface-level adjustments and into deeper pattern work.

 

Together, we experiment, refine strategies, and build systems that integrate into your real life.

 

This is where most clients experience noticeable shifts in productivity, confidence, and self-trust.

Free intro call and intake form:

Through the introductory consultation, you will be able to connect to Deniz before starting to work together,  ask any questions you may have,  and set the right intentions for your process. You will also receive an intake form, where you can specify important details for Deniz to know, so she can best support you.

Cancellation policy:

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed session. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the coach’s discretion. If you have any concerns or feel the coaching arrangement isn’t meeting your needs, please contact Deniz directly to discuss your situation. Deniz is committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
