12:30-13:20 CEST

Online workshop with

digital goodies

On-demand lifetime access for €10* (free for live participants and registrants)

Why we created this workshop:

For people whose brains are built to process more or faster (think A(u)DHD, highly sensitive), capacity also drains faster. This leaves you feeling tired but wired -> both exhausted and unable to switch off.

If you've tried meditating before, but couldn't quite get it to work for you, join Clinical Hypnotherapist Maral Kojayan for this guided experience focused on:

  • letting your activated system settle

  • borrowing Maral's focus through gentle guidance, so you don't have to hold your own without guardrails

  •  creating a feeling of safety for your nervous system, so it can finally relax

the day of:

Bring yourself, nothing to prepare ahead. Just find somewhere comfortable where you can relax and won't be disturbed.

Cameras and mics are optional.

Get Hypnomeditation insights for your brain:

What is Hypnomeditation, how does it work, and what makes it effective for overwhelmed brains?

How can you use it at home, whenever you need ?

Walk away with a refreshed system:

Maral will explain what Hypnomeditation is (and isn't), then guide you through the real thing - so you walk away with both knowledge and a more settled nervous system.

What you will walk away with:

  • Understand why your nervous system overloads faster than most - and how you can support it with Hypnomeditation.

  • Know why advice like "have you tried meditating?" and "just empty your mind" often backfires for A(u)DHD, highly sensitive, and / or dysregulated brains.

  • Learn about Hypnomeditation as a neurodivergent-friendly tool that helps an activated nervous system settle.

  • Gain an actual felt experience of a calmer, more regulated state -> guided, with nothing you have to prepare for or "get right".

FAQ:

Do I need to prepare anything?

No - just show up and get comfortable. Somewhere you can relax, headphones if you like. Bring any questions for the Q&A.

What if I can't make it for the live?

The full replay will be available on demand after the event for €10, lifetime access. Aligner members get 20% off with their monthly code.

If you are a registrant who couldn't make it, you will still receive free on-demand access to the recording, same as live participants. You will miss the live experience and the chance of a Q&A.

What if I don't want to show up on the recording?

Absolutely fine! In this case, we ask you to please keep your camera and microphone off for the duration of the intro & experience (the recorded parts). We will stop the recording for the last 10 min of the workshop, during which you can share any immediate questions with Maral or Silvia. You may always share comments or questions in the chat.

Is this only for neurodivergent people?

No. While the workshop primarily focuses on experiencing the benefits of a neurodivergent-friendly tool (Hypnomeditation), this technique can help you regardless of your neuro-profile.

Can I count this as therapy?

No - this is a guided experience to help you feel a regulated state and learn how Hypnomeditation can support you. If you've experienced trauma, come as you are: you're in control throughout, and never have to do anything that doesn't feel right.

Will I actually get hypnotized?

No. This isn't stage hypnosis, and no one takes control over your movement or participation away from you. Hypnomeditation is a natural, focused state - alert yet relaxed (like being absorbed in a book or being on autopilot during a walk). You stay fully aware and in control the whole time, and you can open your eyes or stop whenever you like.
