I’m not here to heal you. I’m here to awaken you.

As a shadow alchemist and embodiment mentor, I cut through illusions to reconnect you to your primal truth: that there is nothing inherently wrong with your body, or yourself. I guide primarily women (though men are also welcome) to alchemize their anger, grief, and shame into magnetic confidence. My method is designed to bring you home to your deepest power, through a blend of shadow alchemy, somatic breathwork, and body-based liberation.

How I learned to show up fully.

The first 3 decades of my life taught me what it feels like to carry the invisible weight of fear and doubt, never fully silencing the small voice in the back of my mind asking “Am I really enough?” For years, those emotions lived in my body and shaped my daily life- through the fear of being seen, of tapping into my calling, of receiving more. Fears that many of my clients who are founders or high performers have admitted they strongly relate with.

I began changing my reality with a conscious decision: I didn't want my life to keep looking - and feeling- this way. That is when I started doing my own inner work with a coach that helped me heal my limiting beliefs. In the next years, I dove deeper into the world of energy work, breathwork, and embodiment, and learned that my sensitivity had been a secret power all along. I began releasing my negative emotions, and started trusting my body's signals and my inner wisdom.

That is how Shaddowlight was born.

In my practice, I create sacred spaces for transformation through the power of breath and embodied presence. I specialize in somatic breathing ceremonies - guided experiences that invite individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release trapped emotions and awaken their inner wisdom. I feel most aligned when I help others heal generational traumas, so they can reconnect with their inner power and start loving all the different parts of themselves that society has rejected.
