Waiting Room

Friday, 28th August 2026

12:00-13:00 CEST (Amsterdam time)

Online workshop with

digital goodies

On-demand lifetime access for €10* (free for live participants and waiting list registrants)

Why we created this workshop:

For many women, (peri)menopause doesn’t just bring brain fog: the hormonal shift strains the exact functions your professional life runs on - focus in the room, holding detail in memory, prioritising under load, staying regulated under pressure.

Add ADHD to the mix, and the load on your capacity can feel exponentially heavier. Especially if (as most women) you were never explained how your ADHD and hormones are interacting - let alone how to actually work with that.

So, if you are also going through this transitional period feeling like you're losing yourself, this workshop is for you. In it, we will bring the full picture together, by combining:

*the strengths-based ADHD perspective and practical tools of ADHD coach Raluca

*with the hormonal, nutritional and lifestyle lens that A(u)DHD specialist and cPNI Anca brings.

They will share their specialist point of view with full empathy on what you are going through - as women navigating the same shifts as you do. Our goal is simple: for (peri)menopause to stop feeling like a personal failure, and instead become a new, manageable stage of life you feel confident you can thrive in.

the day of:

Just bring your questions and any struggles in your daily activities that you are open to share.

We will keep the session both informative and interactive.

Get insights, strategies, and tools:

From learning how ADHD shows up differently in women, to getting tools that support your body and mind through your active day-to-day, while you are in the middle of hormonal changes.

What you will walk away with:

  • Understanding how ADHD shows up differently in women, why it's so often missed, and what to do when focus, memory and follow-through get harder.

  • Knowing how shifting hormones interact with the ADHD brain, and the nutritional, sleep and lifestyle levers that help.

  • Practical tools to help improve your focus and prioritisation at work, and to support your body in a crucial transitioning period.  You can give your brain the chance to access skills you felt were slipping, and even learn new skills to add to your personal toolbox.

  • A sense of connection, sharing, naming what's happening together, so it stops reading as personal failure, or something you are going through alone.

FAQ:

Do I need to prepare anything?

No, just show up the day of, with your questions and any challenges you want to share - we look forward to welcoming you to an interactive session.

What if I can't make it for the live?

We will still send you the recording and materials shared, as long as you signed up for the event.

Is this only for professional women?

"Professional" is the lens here, not a gate - if you're an entrepreneur, or a woman on a career break and navigating the same fog, this is for you too.

Is this only for people with an ADHD diagnosis?

No, this workshop is intended for you whether you have a formal diagnosis, or simply recognize yourself in the challenges above in your own (professional) life.

Who are Raluca and Anca?

Raluca Izsak is a strengths-based ADHD coach who helps professional women, mothers, and families navigate their career, daily life, and neuro-mixed family dynamics from a skills and strengths-led perspective.

Anca Stanescu is an A(u)DHD specialist, orthomolecular and cPNI therapist who guides women (and their families) navigating neurodivergence alongside chronic stress, fatigue, perimenopause, autoimmune fluctuations and dysregulation from a systemic support lens.
